On April 3rd, 2009 the largest project in the history of the ACREG Process Technology GmbH was successfully finished with the end of the performance test including exhaust gas measurement with unprecedented results - HCl in the exhaust gas <6.4 mg/Nm³ dry, capacity >107% and nearly 100% availability with an efficiency of over 99.4%.
The project was conducted in cooperation with the world market leader Siemens VAI Metals Technologies GmbH & Co. On a turn-key basis, a fluidized bed regeneration with a performance of 9.000l/h including a tank farm was installed for the Hungarian steel plant ISD DUNAFERR Zrt., Dunaujvaros close to Vienna.
Due to the excellent performance, the Provisional Acceptance Certificate was singed by all parties on April 3rd, 2009. Meanwhile the project as well as all rework and two subsequent orders for spare part delivery are finished and have measured up to the full project value. This was the main reason for the economic success of the company these past two years.
